Food establishments are required to have a Certified Food Protection Manager on site who is responsible for food safety within the operation during a. Upon successfully passing the exam, receive your certificate from ServSafe (good for 5 years). The course is taught in-person and students receive a Study Guide and practice test with answers (PDF via email) to use prior to class. The exam is self-paced, multiple choice, and students have up to 2 hours to complete.
For students who choose not to take the Certified Food Protection Manager course, this is an option for the proctored exam only. I will come to your location and you can use your own computer and Wifi connection to take the exam. Cost includes online exam voucher and private proctor (travel may incur mileage charges). Results are immediate.
