I have been teaching adult learners the essentials of food safety for over 20 years; I enjoy what I do and I take pride in my reputation as an excellent trainer. Whether you're new to foods or you have years under your belt, my goal is to teach you something new about food safety. The added bonus for everyone is a safer food supply and a more confident -and competent- workforce.
